Is this officer supposed to be on the streets?
I thought he was put on restricted duty.
I was biking by the bus stop across from the Central Library last Wednesday when I noticed a familiar scene: police officers talking to an agitated person who appeared to be homeless.
I was curious to see how the interaction went and frankly it was a good opportunity to get a photograph of law enforcement in action, so I stopped to watch. That's when I noticed the name on one of the officer's vests: LEGER.
Odd. Wasn't that the name of the officer put on restricted duty after repeatedly punching a man he was arresting on 6th St?
